NZ26 April totals.

Progress has been made across all the tetrads this month so much so I thought it’s worthy to express them as a league table.

But the headline stats are :

Total 103 species.

83 species in the month. Compared to previous month totals of Jan 64 Feb 78 March 75.

There have been 1232 records to Birdtrack this month. A sign of light nights early mornings and the miles of streets I have pounded as this obsession took hold.  It is at least 500 more than any previous month total.
